The book \u2018Be More Pirate\u2019 has been the main influence on the development of the thesis. Pirates are the worlds biggest social innovators and create change where others are afraid. The Isle of Scilly will follow this movement and will fight to create a pirate climate state where they can try and combat the rising sea levels, housing crisis and lack of control. The Pirate parliament looks at rethinking everything and creating a parliament building that is equal and available for all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> Rebel &#8211; Draw strength by standing up to the Status Quo <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> Rewrite &#8211; Bend, break but most importantly rewrite the rules <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> Reorganise &#8211; Collaborate to achieve scale, rather than growth  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> Redistribute &#8211; Fight for fairness, share power and make an enemy of exploitation  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> Retell &#8211; Weaponize your story, then tell the hell out of it <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
