Martin","wysiwyg_tieh1j4uavq":"<p>The shelter is designed to facilitate the creative process of George R.R. Martin. His work was described as having complex story lines, fascinating characters, great dialogue, perfect pacing. In contrast, the shelter is simple to avoid competing with the complicated structure in his mind.<\/p>\n<p>His childhood was confined in the streets of his federal apartment obsessed with imagination and reading. Therefore, I created a semi-open space for reading books and writing work at the mean time avoiding any closed atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>The third idea evolves from the second idea (Rave, which plays an important role in Martin's series). The wing is replaced by feather as a whole for the entire shelter. Moreover, the interior is re-arranged with a daybed and in the centre surrounded by books and materials. The refreshment and drink cupboard is placed outside the door to prevent the smell of beverage stays inside the indoor area and affect the creation process.<\/p>\n","location":"Bute Park, Castle,
