“Why is it that people don’t dance in the streets anymore” A pattern language - Christopher Alexander (p320--321) Monmouth is a traditional market town with an ageing population. The town currently has three secondary schools which offer A-levels and GCSEs but no further education options. With Hereford College not far away, they want to move their performing arts department to Monmouth. Monmouth currently has a historic theatre and the Sherman Theatre in the boy’s school, showing a love of physical arts.
