The proposal looks to implement innovative methods of tackling illegal levels of air pollution, coupled with housing inequalities and environmental pressures through a considered design program.

The key programmatic spaces include: An Air Purification Facility, Tree Planting Initiative Spaces, and A Clean Air Housing Community.

The architectural forms have been derived from the juxtaposition of the existing context, in addition to ideas of breathability, and responses to the feud with flooding.
