Tackling the history and the dominant divided narrative felt across Belfast by positively engaging with void, to bridge the divide across the city; physically and socially. Changing the narrative of the city through; repurposing and collaborating with existing infrastructure, restoring the streetscape, re-introducing public space to the inner city, whilst also introducing new arcades and linking programme which aims to break down barriers between social groups
