The course places an emphasis on the role of sustainability within the historic context at both technical and strategic levels, thereby addressing concerns, which have been identified internationally by the International Council on Monuments and Sites UK (ICOMOS), as the critical future direction of conservation education.
The work presented in this exhibition includes the work undertaken by our current students focusing on the sustainable future of Whitchurch Hospital, Cardiff, as part of module ART504 Case Studies and Regional Work.
