Repairing LEAP Food school Foundation

Considering Coventry is pedestrian friendly city, and the site is dense shopping area, there was not enough green space and resting place in inner ring road.

The proposal introduces more greenery in the city centre while seeking how to utilise the plants in sustainable way. LEAP food school foundation would be client and have roof farm for their education service.

The foundation has run an annual deficit for 76k, therefore commercial facilities such as restaurant, café and jazz bar will supplement business model of the foundation.

Greenery on roof top will be circulated by the vertical gesture in the 3rd bay of building (spiral stairs). For example, if restaurant needs cucumbers for their menu, roof top farm and food school grow them and provide locally grown organic food.
