Gentrification
Government-sponsored regeneration of areas has often led to gentrification, this project tries to experiment with strategies that makes regeneration more inclusive of long term residents of these communities
Proposal is to try to meet the needs of people in the area and also using means of protest such as graffiti etc. as form if informal ownership. The heritage of the boats was also used in the design.
The project should explore more experimentation is needed but this is a good start.
