Tensile Form Finding of Fred and Ginger the physical model is built in 1:1 scale inside 25 cm cube box. persspex is used as the main structure, while tensile structure is made of stretch fabric attached to perspex, and lastly, pla material from 3d printing connects both perspex and fabric. first process of the design method is video rotoscoping. some anchor points from hand, feet, and head are tracked to create polygon for each frame in a video sequences. fred is depicted as rigid, strong structure which translated into perspex, ginger with the more dynamic movement and dress represented into tensile structure, while music as the last element of the dance transformed into pla which bound perspex and stretch fabric.
